Time for a new From My Quote Notebook post in which I pluck a random quote from my quote notebook. So my goal with this? To share a quote from my quote notebook at random (aka whatever quote I’m FEELING for that day) and hopefully introduce you to some new books as I know sometimes I see a quote from a book and it makes me VERY interested in reading it or at least checking it out!
This time around we have:

When I originally wrote this quote down in my quote notebook I attributed it to Mark Twain but when I was writing this post I decided to look it up to find out exactly where this quote from him was found. Turns out it’s not actually a Mark Twain quote but it’s been attributed to him a billion times. GAWD wonder how many wrongly attributed quotes I have written down in that thing.
Anyways, I really try to remind myself that most of the times in my life I’m glad I did the things I did — even if they were scary or uncomfortable or out of my comfort zone. I hate having regrets, and I don’t let myself harp on them, but there are some things I DO regret NOT doing as a teen or in my 20’s even to this day. Not to say I’ve ever done something that was disappointing but I’d rather look back on things that I did than things that I didn’t.
